Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Because many of my services require extended time and preparation, the following policy applies: Cuts & Short Services Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Custom Color & Extension Services These services require significant time and product preparation. I require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the service total. No-Shows No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, and a cancellation fee may still apply. Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom color and extension appointments and will be applied to your total on the day of service.
